After Salatul-Jumu’ah Dr. Murtaza bin Baksh(حفظه الله تعالى)  will (إن شاء الله) deliver his lecture on the subject of the Khutbah at Masjid al-Firdaus, Ibn Rushd in Hayy Aziziyyah,Jeddah.

 

The khutbah begins at approximately 12::35pm KSA time (+2:00 GMT), so you need to get there early as space is very limited. The lecture begins at about 1:15pm (إن شاء الله)!

These lectures are very beneficial.

A Warning to those see an Evil but Remain Silent about it

 

The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam) warned us:

 

مَا مِنْ قَوْمٍ يُعْمَلُ فِيهِمْ بِالْمَعَاصِي، ثُمَّ يَقْدِرُونَ عَلَى أَنْ يُغَيِّرُوا، ثُمَّ لَا يُغَيِّرُوا، إِلَّا يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَعُمَّهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ بِعِقَابٍ

 

“There is no group of people among whom evil deeds are done in their midst, and they do not change (the evil, by forbidding it) when they are capable, except that they are on the verge of being punished by Allaah collectively.”
